Vintage Returns

All Vintage pieces are fitted with new batteries and left to sit for at least 2 weeks to determine if fit for sale. Nakedglory offers a 1 week Personal Guarantee on all Vintage pieces and will either repair or replace defective timepiece(s). After the week is up, Nakedglory will no longer be liable for damage or defects due to the age of Vintage pieces. Please only order if comfortable with this. To use this Personal Guarantee, simply drop by our flea events or email us at contact@nakedglory.com to let us know if there is in issue.

This Personal Guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage to the watch straps; broken or scratched glass due to accidents and/or water damage. Guarantee automatically voids if your watch mechanism has been tampered with, or if you cannot produce an order number / proof of date of purchase

Limited Warranty

This limited warranty is applicable to all Handmade Nakedglory piece, Casio, Westar & Titan watches. Nakedglory will, within 1 year from date of purchase, repair or replace free of charge the watch movement if it has any manufacturing defect. Should the hands/studs drop, or if the battery or watch stops working within the year, simply drop by our flea events or email us at contact@nakedglory.com to use your Limited Warranty.

Warranty for Online Orders

We do not issue physical warranty cards for online orders. Simply quote your order number (within 1 year of purchase), to use it.
