Return Policy

Nakedglory will exchange or repair, whichever is deemed more appropriate, any Handmade watch (or any watch that is covered by warranty by us) that was received defective or since damaged, within the stipulated period of warranty. This does not extend to vintage watches.

Getting your watch repaired

If you have a Nakedglory Watch that needs repairing, please drop on by any of our events (click HERE for the full list) to hand us the watch for repairs.

Please note that repairs may anywhere between instant collection (for strap issues) up to months, depending on parts that are needed.
